Ministry of Communications of the Nation - Resolution No. 530/00A means of Resolution N º 530/2000 Secretary of communities across the countryarranged as mandatory compliance with Resolution No. 202/95 of the Ministry ofHealth and Social Action of the nation throughout the national territory
  In its Article 1 states that will be mandatory for all telecommunications systems thatradiate at frequencies between 100 KHz and 300 GHz located in the country the National Standard of Security for exposure to radio frequencies between 100 KHzand 300 GHz, as set forth in the Manual of safety standards for exposure to radio frequencies between 100 KHz and 300 GHz "and" radio frequency radiation:biophysical considerations, biomedical and criteria for setting exposure standards,volumes I and II respectively of the "Survey of environmental non-ionizingelectromagnetic radiation, approved by Article 1 of Resolution No. 202/95 of the Ministry of Health and Welfare of the Nation.
